Being persistent is the key to literally everything in life! You want money, be persistent and work hard! You want a promotion, work hard and be persistent in what you do and make the right moves to being persistent! You want the woman of your dreams, be persistent! You want to start a business, be persistent and take the steps necessary to get there! All of these CEO’s, Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, Steve Jobs, Mark Zuckerberg, Oprah Winfrey, Steve Harvey and many more were insanely persistent and they worked harder than everybody else, because that’s what grows a business and company, just starting out is tough but if you’re dedicated enough and have enough persistence, you can literally accomplish much more than you freaking think!! Set all the BS aside and be persistent, have patience and work hard! This is literally the key to success in everything that you do in life, things might be tougher than normal and that’s when you have to dig a little deeper and work hard as all get out!! Here’s a challenge for you, I want you to think of your dream, it doesn’t matter what it is, I want you to literally start the second you have that opportunity and keep at it every single day, it might take a long time for something to come of it but it will happen, that’s where patience comes into play!! You can literally do anything you set your mind to, your mind is your only limitations in life, take that barrier off of your damn brain and take action!! I would also like for you to share this blog with someone that needs to be persistent, patient and needs to be dedicated!! It’ll help their life and your life!!
Perseverance
What is perseverance? Perseverance is the ability to keep doing something in spite of obstacles. People who persevere show steadfastness in doing something despite how hard it is or how long it takes to reach the goal. Perseverance, sometimes called “grit” is the great leveler. You don’t have to be the wealthiest, have the most friends, or be the smartest kid in the class; if you persevere, you can reach your goals. You can help inspire perseverance by allowing kids to experience failure in a safe, supported environment. When kids need to recover from a setback, think their way through a challenge, and try again, they develop grit! Being disabled I’ve had multiple surgeries on my back because I have a condition called scoliosis which is where your spine begins to curve, I’ve had to persevere through the pain, through the healing and the rehab, yes it hurt like a son of a gun but my mindset was greater than the pain and I knew that it would only last a few weeks to a few months, all I could do was take it one day at a time! In life we experience obstacles and we will experience many obstacles of all sorts for the rest of our lives, whether it’s a breakup, an injury, an illness, financial crisis; whatever it is we have to keep our minds on the positive side and remember this too shall pass, because it will pass eventually even if it’s hard to believe that right now! You might be starting a business and it’s taking longer than you had anticipated or hoped for, that’s when you must persevere and keep going, take it one day at a time and keep improving. It might be tough to persevere but the reward is so much better because it brings peace, do not give up when things get tough because the second that you give up is the moment that you basically quit and have to start over!! Here’s a challenge for y’all, I’m sure some of you are facing challenges right now, no matter what it is, I want you to work on that challenge every single day and you’ll start to see a huge change in your mindset and you’ll feel so much better when you crush that obstacle!! “Perseverance is failing 19 times and succeeding the 20th”. -Julie Andrews-
